SUEZ Connect is only available for a small group of pilot customers. If you want to join the pilot group, please send an email to your SUEZ accountmanager or send an email to the SUEZ Connect TEAM.

You can cancel an order by calling us on 0900-8444 or by sending us an email. Please provide your business partner number (which you can find on the topleftcorner of the creen after you logged in) and the order date in the email, so we can help you faster.

Yes, you can add more users. Please send us an email, so we can set up an extra account.

You can add an extra service by clicking on the + in the topright corner. Please fill in the form. As soon as we received your order, we will arrange it and inform you on the progress. If you cannot find the service you want, please send us an email and let us know what service you would like to add, and we will take care of it! Please provide your business partner number, which you can find in the topleft corner of your screen after you are logged in, in the email. Thanks in advance!
